I recently discovered HaleLife Bakery, and I’m so excited to share! I was recently diagnosed with an autoimmune condition that means no dairy or gluten (lucky me, right? 😅), so finding treats that actually taste like the “real thing” has been a challenge. But this place absolutely delivers☺️☺️☺️☺️. The pizza is delicious, and the cookies truly taste like real cookies (which is rare in the gluten- and dairy-free world!). This is hands down the best spot I’ve found, and I’ll definitely be a regular. Highly recommend checking it out!
I was there for the first time to pick up goodies for a friend's birthday. The young woman at the register was friendly and as sweet as the lemon blueberry donut I got for myself. The donut was amazing. I will be back to check out other menu options.
Saw this bakery advertised on Facebook. I happened to be in the area for an appointment and they were conveniently across the street. Staff was very friendly and informative. Everything is gluten and dairy free. It's heaven for my stomach. I ordered the three cheese grilled cheese. It was made with their gf flat bread and cut in half. The cheese is vegan it was delicious and made me almost cry because I haven't had grilled cheese in so long. I also ordered a chai and added maple spice and oat milk. I also enjoyed the butter beer cupcake which is seasonal. It is a bit more pricey but that's because America charges more for healthy foods vs fake chemical filled food. Definitely worth it. Hopefully they open a location near the USF area at some point since this location is nearly 30 minutes from me with traffic. They said they should be getting delivery services soon. So here's hoping. Definitely would eat from again.
We had a great experience at HaleLife! Our server was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. We really enjoyed our meal from start to finish. If you're looking for a great place to eat in Tampa, we definitely recommend HaleLife. We'll happily come back!
Stopped by HaleLife for the first time this week and all I can say is WoW! My daughter and I were completely blown away. It was the first time I’ve enjoyed donuts and pretzel bites in years. I also got a loaf of bread, cookies and cupcakes. Everything was just delicious! The donuts and cupcakes also looked beautiful. Colby was such a gem helping me find ALL the best options for me. Although, my daughter doesn’t currently eat GF she too was impressed with the options and found joy in how happy the amazing food at HaleLife made me. ❤️

Oh my gosh, this place is amazing! I had a bagel, egg, cheese, and sausage sandwich with some ketchup and it was so dang good! I also got the chocolate beignets that were ridiculously good! I haven't had a donut this good in yeeeears! The last 3 things I got were a tirimisu cold coffee, a espresso cookie, and a mudslide cupcake! Coffee is good and not too sweet, but if you want it sweeter, I'm sure you can ask for it to be sweeter. The cookie is so soft and tasty. And the cupcake is wildly soft! I am in celiac heaven right now! I also have a lot of protein allergies, so this place also being vegan is amazing so I could have the bagel sandwich! I literally cannot express my appreciation more for this place! Tiniest side note, a bit on the pricier side, but me and my hubby ordered a lot, and a higher price for dedicated GF and vegan food that means it's 100% safe for me is way worth it!
This place is truly a dream come true for anyone with food allergies or gluten intolerance. Everything is 100% gluten-free and also free from many major allergens, which makes it one of the safest places to eat in the Tampa Bay area. From the moment you walk in, you can feel how welcoming and thoughtful the space is. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and they really understand what it means to dine with allergies or celiac disease. It’s clear that they take safety seriously, and that gives so much peace of mind. The donuts are amazing; fresh, flavorful, and made with real care. The cinnamon rolls are so rich and melt in our mouth! As a Gluten free person, it’s hard to find fun and good food that is within my restrictions. This place was absolutely amazing. The service was also great. I tried a couple different things. I loved them all. I’m from out of town, but I will definitely be back.
The Gluten Free Bakery of Your Dreams!! What a find. This place blew my wife and me away. Everything on the menu is GLUTEN FREE. The donuts and pastries were absolutely fire. The breakfast sammie that was Mcgriddle Inspired was FIRE. Way better than an actual Mcgriddle. The iced latte was so damn good. My wife and I couldn’t have asked for a better spot to stop at while we had a short time in Tampa. Staff here was very friendly and knowledgable and overall just happy people. This place made me happy. The world needs more places like Halelife. Keep up the good work guys!
